Born in 1964. A graduate of Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Economic Cybernetics, he was employed as electrician with Ust-Kamenogorsk Lead-Zinc Complex. Then he worked as software engineer, Chief Accountant, Vice President, Finance and Managing Director.

Was born in 1974. Graduated from East Kazakhstan Technical University with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Economy and Management. In 2022 obtained a profession of Mine Engineer from Kazakh National Technical University named after К.I. Satpayev.

Born in 1964. A graduate of Kazakh Polytechnical Institute with a degree in Metallurgy. After graduation Mr.Azekenov was employed with Ust-Kamenogorsk Lead-Zinc Complex as a Lead furnace operator. His later positions are shift supervisor, deputy plant manager and plant manager. He worked his way up to Chief Engineer of the Lead Plant, and then the Lead Plant Manager.

Born in 1968. A graduate of Tomsk Polytechnical University as a Mechanical Engineer, and of the International Business Academy as Business Manager (2006). His career path began in the machine-building companies in Kemerovo Region. In 1992 Mr.Dobroumov was employed with with Leninogorsk Polymetallic Complex as a hand-held drill rig repair section supervisor. He worked his way up to the Head of Foundry Plant of the Machinery and Repair Shop.

Born in 1961. In 1983, he graduated from the Leningrad Mining Institute after G. V. Plekhanov with a degree in Mining Mechanical Engineering.

Before his employment with Kazzinc, Igor Kogai worked at mining and metallurgical operations in Uzbekistan.

Born in 1986. She graduated from S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakhstan National Medical University with a degree in Pharmacy. She also has an additional training as an English translator. She began her career in 2009 at Medical Union Pharmaceuticals, an international pharmaceutical company, as a regulatory compliance specialist.

Born in 1959. A graduate of Ust-Kamenogorsk Civil and Highway Engineering Institute with a degree in Economics and of Ustinov Baltic State Technical ‘VoenMech’ University with a degree in Business Administration. Mrs.Plakhotnikova joined Ust-Kamenogorsk Lead-Zinc Complex as lab assistant in 1976. In 1982 she was appointed Design Engineer, and then Planning Engineer. She later took the positions of the Head of the Analysis and Forecasting Department and Internal Audit and System Development Department and was appointed Vice-President, Corporate Development. Mrs.Plakhotnikova holds the title of Executive Director, Corporate Development since 2014.

Born in 1978. Has four diplomas in Business Administration, Management, Advertisement and Jurisprudence. He is also qualified in construction. Before his employment with Kazzinc, Mr.Lazarev worked as  journalist, editor and director in several TV and radio broadcasting companies and the news agency. He started as press secretary and have been promoted to a position of the HR Department Manager.  Mr.Lazarev holds a holds a PhD in law and has an academic Master’s Degree with International Business Academy.

He graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 1996 and completed a masters degree in structural geology, geochemistry and geochronology. He has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration.

Born in 1970. A graduate of Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys majoring in Metallurgical Engineering. He was employed with several industrial companies until 1999, when he joined Kazzinc as Manager in Transportation, Customs Clearance and Licensing Department. Then he took the positions of the Head of Transport Department and Director of the Railway Complex later reorganized into Kazzinc-TemirTrans. In 2011 he was appointed Vice-President, Commerce, and since 2016 he holds the office of Executive Director, Government Relations. Mr.Kuanyshev was awarded with Kurmet Order of Honor.

Born in 1982. Technical university degree with East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev. Major: Metallurgical Engineering. The second university degree with Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. Major: Economics and Management

Was born in 1980. In 2001 graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Finance and Credits. He started his career in banking sector in 2002; became involved in metallurgy and mining in 2007 when he joined JSC Vassilkovsky GOK (now Kazzinc gold mining division in Akmola region – JSC Altyntau Kokshetau) as a Head of Procurement Department. He was in this capacity until 2017 being involved in finance management. In 2016 he graduated from Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Mining branch. Also, he got his Master of Business Administration degree in Swiss School of Business.

From 2017 was a Deputy General Director of Finance at Kazzinc Holdings.

Since June 2021 is the Executive Director, Finance, at Kazzinc.

Born in 1987. Ruslan has degrees in Power Engineering and Finances, which he attained in East-Kazakhstan State Technical University. He has been working with Kazzinc since 2008, when he started off as electrician eventually promoted to supervisor of power network and substation systems. In 2014, Ruslan was put into position of chief financial specialist in ALTYNTAU KOKSHETAU, a gold-producing unit of Kazzinc operating in the Akmolinskaya oblast. In 2016, he got position of chief specialist in Project Support Office of Company Administration. From 2017, he worked first as chief specialist, then as manager of Financial Control Department. Since July 2022, Ruslan has been holding office of Executive Director, Project Development in Kazzinc.
