Born in 1986. She graduated from S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakhstan National Medical University with a degree in Pharmacy. She also has an additional training as an English translator. She began her career in 2009 at Medical Union Pharmaceuticals, an international pharmaceutical company, as a regulatory compliance specialist.
In 2012, Madina Kassymova continued her career in Takeda Pharmaceuticals, a global pharmaceutical research company, where she worked her way up to Regional Compliance Officer for Central Asia. Four years later, she headed the Compliance Department of the international French pharmaceutical company Sanofi Aventis for Central Asia and the Caucasus regions.
She completed professional compliance training in the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Singapore and France.
She started to work in metallurgical industry in 2020, having moved to the position of the head of the Compliance Department of Kazzinc.
In February 2023, Madina was appointed Executive Director for Compliance and Business Ethics, retaining her duties as head of the same company's department.
