Ridder Training Center (East Kazakhstan) has improved training of newly recruited staff. Theoretical training is now supported by hands-on activities at the Practice Site created at the discretion of Kazzinc-Shakhtostroy IC management.
Trainees sustain safe work skills at Dolinny Mine headings using state-of-art tools. In environment as close as possible to real production, five LHD operators, two mobile equipment maintenance technicians as well as a bolter and a drifter have been trained.
For the first time the Training Center issued profession certificates to the graduates who completed the course at the Training Site.
In future we plan to expand the list of professions for underground construction and mine activities.
