The Kazzinc’s Video Monitoring Center which employs people with hearing impairments, has won the special prize of the Kazakhstani PR Contest - “Aq Mergen”.
The project participated in the nomination “The Best ESG and CSR Project”. Kazzinc won the special prize of the competition.
As you may know, dozens of hearing impaired individuals were offered the employment opportunities in April 2023. The largest Company of the East Kazakhstan region has launched the Video Surveillance Center as part of its industrial security system. People with special needs work here - they monitor the security in the real time mode using the specially designed displays. The project was implemented jointly with the Kazakhstani Association of the Deaf.
