One of Kazzinc sites - Dolinny Mine - located in Ridder, Eastern Kazakhstan, is implementing a unique engineering solution. Engineered by Canadian company, the Rail Veyor system is designed to transport ore and waste rock from underground to surface. Its length and engineering specifics make the system the world's unique solution. Currently the system is under commissioning.

Five trains move along the world longest rail track around the clock. Almost 6 km long they move at the speed of 3 m/s. There are three dump loops to unload ore material. This is another unique peculiarity as similar systems across the globe have only one dump loop. At the designed throughput the system will be able to dump 300 tonnes per hour in auto mode.
