On September 22 Astana hosted International Women’s Entrepreneurship Congress. The ASMAR - Traditions of Unity Forum has become the largest dialogue platform where business women, representatives of government agencies and large domestic businesses discussed the contribution of women's entrepreneurship to the sustainable development of the country.
The Council of Business Women "Atameken" and the Foundation of Development and Support of Women Entrepreneurship organized this event.
The speakers shared the best business practices, discussed international experience in supporting and developing such initiatives, and exchanged opinions on how to show the best support to various projects within the country.
The certificate of “Top Gender-Responsive Company” was first awarded in Kazakhstan. Kazzinc was presented this award for providing equal opportunities for men and women at their workplaces. Kazzinc strives to adhere to the principles of pay equity, equal career opportunities and social rights.
