Kazzinc together with the East Kazakhstan Education Department and Police have held the annual “Excellence in Safety” campaign. All elementary school students in the region are given bright leaflets with the rules of safe behavior.
About 25,000 children will receive double-sided brochures with rules of behavior on the road, in transport and on the street - these are all primary schoolchildren in Ridder, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Altay and Serebryansk.
The main feature of the leaflet is a special field for a joint creative work with their parents. It is expected that elementary school students, with the support of their parents, will draw their way to school and back home, marking high-risk places and discussing with their parents how to avoid getting into trouble.
Each junior student will receive two leaflets: one in Kazakh and one in Russian.
The leaflets have been given to the city departments of education and will soon be distributed to all students in the cities.
