Kazzinc has helped set up a children’s reading room at the East-Kazakhstan Regional Library for blind and visually impaired people.

A special room for small visitors appeared in the library building. Children’s furniture, equipment and learning games were installed there.

The library has worked for over 50 years. Blind and visually impaired people of all ages can obtain information using special data storage devices. In addition, the librarians note that the library has become a communication platform for people with special needs. Over 2,000 readers attend the library and the quarter of them are children.
