Kazzinc has helped set up a children’s reading room at the East-Kazakhstan Regional Library for blind and visually impaired people.

The library has created a dedicated accessible room for children, including children's furniture, equipment and educational games.

The library has worked for over 50 years. Blind and visually impaired people of all ages can obtain information using special data storage devices. In addition, the librarians note that the library has become a communication platform for people with disabilities. Over 2,000 readers attend the library and the quarter of them are children.
