Kazzinc purchased modern surgery tables and light fixtures for the medical institution located in Ust-Kamenogorsk. They were installed in the operating block of the Surgery and Trauma Departments. The foreign made equipment will significantly improve the quality of surgeries, save time and efforts of medical personnel, as well as reduce patients’ rehabilitation time.
The new operating table for the Surgery Department has extended functionality: manual and remote controls, and the possibility of connecting various modules for minimal invasive surgeries. The equipment has come to replace the equipment that had been in use for over 15 years.
The Trauma Department was provided with a special set with the orthopedic attachment enabling the full range of state-of-art operations. The powerful adjustable light fixtures have an emergency power supply.
According to medical professionals, about 3,500 surgeries for residents of the East Kazakhstan region can be performed annually using this new equipment.
