Two families at a time were awarded with the prizes of the theme contests promoting family values.
The Aushinovs dynasty from Ridder Metallurgical Complex, Kazzinc Ltd. won the second prize in the national contest “Enbek Zholy” (Career Path). The founder of the dynasty is Malik Aushinov, who began his career with the company in 1973 at the tank house of Zinc Plant. Since then 10 family members chose the metallurgical industry for their life career - several generations. The aggregate work experience of the family in the industry is over 181 years.
The Izguttinovs from Ust-Kamenogorsk won the regional round of the national contest “Mereily Otbasy” (Happy Family). Representatives from all the cities and towns of East Kazakhstan Region took part in this event celebrating the family values and traditions.
Baurzhan Izguttinov works at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Metallurgical Complex. Baurzhan and his spouse Raushan raise four children. Izgittinovs bring up their children following the rule: don’t edify a child - edify yourself instead. They actively support Kazakh traditional culture. Senior Izguttinovs are committed to pass on the customs and culture of the Kazakh people, as well as their native language to the young generation.
