Savely Chechetkin, a young employee of the Machine Building Plant of Kazzinc - Kazzincmash, won the prestigious professional contest.
He took the first place in the ‘CNC Lathe Work’ nomination at the WorldSkills Shygys-2020 Regional Championship (a special event for young technicians under the age of 23). To participate in the contest, Savely who has been with the Company since last year, quickly mastered the new software for lathes. During the championship, he managed to program all lathe work elements with the best result.
Savely was trained under the mentorship of Roman Skudalov, the Innovation Bureau Manager of Kazzincmash.
On the occasion of this significant win, the Company took a decision to reward both the talented worker and his mentor with cash bonuses.
