On the threshold of the New Year, players of Torpedo hockey club and Kazzinc representatives visit the regional Mother and Child Care Center (hospital for children) in Ust-Kamenogorsk to give gifts to children who are celebrating the New Year in the medical institution. Throughout December, people brought toys to the games of their favorite hockey team.
Every year Kazzinc together with the Torpedo Sports Club run the charity campaign “Our greatest wins are for children!”. The fans bring toys with them when they attend the December home games and throw the toys onto the ice after the final buzzer. Kazzinc complements the toys with different sweet sets. Right before the New Years Eve, Torpedo players bring presents for young patients who have to spend the holiday time in the hospital. Once again Alexandra Ossipova, popular Ust-Kamenogorsk blogger, has joined the campaign. This is the fourth year in a row that she and her followers have become part of the campaign.
