The “Handmade Future - Women in Working Trades” Conference was held in Astana, hosted by ASMAR - the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan . The event was sponsored by Kazzinc.
The participants discussed new opportunities for females in the areas which traditionally were considered as male’s. Marina Kustova, a Kazzinc employee, talked about her career journey from a reagent batcher to a process engineer. She implemented innovative ore processing practices and willingly shares her experience with younger colleagues.
