For three days, events were held in Ust-Kamenogorsk, where residents with special needs took part. The festival program included interactive platforms, exhibitions of works, performances and master classes for adults and children.
A round-table conference on the development of inclusive environment in Kazakhstan was organized within the framework of these events. The festival brought together more than 200 participants and 3,000 audience members. Gala concert was the final flourish of this large-scale initiative. The organizer was the socio-cultural fund "ST.ART". Kazzinc supported the idea.
