The Company will provide financial help to the relatives of forestry employees who died during a large fire in Semey Ormany nature reserve.
Recall that in June 2023, heavy fires engulfed the reserve in the Abay Region (eastern Kazakhstan). According to the preliminary version, fourteen employees of the Novoshulbinsky branch of Semey Ormany reserve went to their forest block to promptly suppress the fire. Communication with them was lost. As a result of the search and rescue operations, it was possible to find the bodies of dead forestry workers.
Kazzinc has decided to send material assistance to their families, one million Tenge each.
