Kazzinc, jointly with the Emergency Department, have been for many years providing support to citizens of East Kazakhstan who live in stove heated houses. CO sensors are being installed in houses.
The first who get the instrument, are vulnerable groups: disadvantaged families with multiple children, lonely elderly people and those with disabilities. 13K sensors have been installed over five years in the region, and over 10K instruments were provided to the community by Kazzinc.
About 2,200 CO sensors were allocated for the heating season in 2023.
