The campaign highlights the stories of female employees of Kazzinc who have achieved success in their professional and personal development. Topic-based videos are posted on social media to ensure wide reach.
The videos help demonstrate that metallurgy is a field where anyone, regardless of gender, can achieve success. In fact, about one fourth of Kazzinc employees are women. Each of them has the opportunity to unlock their potential in production.
A series of videos about female employees “Why Women Choose Kazzinc” was recognized as the best HR project by the “Pr-room” - an association of PR-specialists of Kazakhstan.
About 20 videos have been published within the framework of the project; and work in this field continues.
