On the eve of Constitution Day Alexander Khmelev, Kazzinc CEO, was awarded with a special title and a badge of Ust-Kamenogorsk Honorary Citizen. Zhaksylyk Omar, the Governor of the regional center, specially arrived to congratulate him in person and to present the award.
- This is an honorable title for the leader of the company that takes active part in the social life of the city and makes an inestimable contribution to the Ust-Kamenogorsk community development, keeps supporting the residents of the city and continuously improves their well-being, - Zhaksylyk OMAR, the Governor of Ust-Kamenogorsk said when he was presenting the award.
It was Alexander Khmelev who participated in person in making important decisions in regards to the implementation of multiple sponsorship and charity projects of the Company. Those projects include construction and remodeling of clinics, schools, construction of new sports facilities and entertainment centers, providing support to orphanages and boarding schools for children with special needs.
