The volunteer movement started here in 2019. As of today, ~150 people are involved in this movement. They provide support to multi-child families and low-income households, disabled people, and families raising children with special needs. 34 children of this category live in Zhairem.
The volunteers take part in buying medicines, clothing, and wheelchairs, and hold events. This year, there is a plan to organize a trip for talented children of Company employees to the regional television to take part in the Balapan TV show, as well as to hold workshops, competitions and other events.
