The cartoon creation was initiated per a request from East-Kazakhstan Region Department of Emergency Situation.
The premiere took place in one of the cinemas of Ust-Kamenogorsk before the popular full-length cartoon. In addition to the usual cinema visitors, the children from the orphanage were invited to the road show. This was not the first joint safety project of Kazzinc and public emergency response services.
