Kazzinc sponsored the East-Kazakhstan branch of Table Tennis Federation for the Blind. The Company donated a special table for the showdown game.
This sport is actively developing in the country, and it combines elements of ping pong and air hockey. On top of the special table this game also requires special rackets, balls, gloves for hand safety and blindfolds to equalize the chances of the competitors.
The acquired equipment helped the EK branch of the Federation to become a participant in the national table tennis festival "SHOWDOWN KERUEN" among the blind and visually impaired people. Over 100 athletes will take a tour around Kazakhstan to play in: Astana, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk.
National team will be formed per the results of the competitions to further participate in the international tournaments.
