Dual Education System
Participants:
1st and 2nd year college students of majors specific for the Company.
What required to participate in the Program:
- Academic performance 70 points or above
- Desire to get employed in the Company
- Major suitability
- Parental consent to participate in the program (if the student is under 18 years old for the selection period)
Mobile Student Program (for nonresidents):
- Willingness to do internships in the future city of employment
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation
About the Program:
- 100% tuition coverage
- Company Scholarship
- Relevant topics for term papers and senior thesis. Appointed supervisors for term papers and senior thesis from operations
- Visit to the company operations (site tours)
- On-site internship in order to master practical skills (employment agreement)
- Guaranteed employment after graduation from college
- An opportunity to obtain higher education at an institution, covered by the Company as part of the preparation of the internal talent pool
