Born in 1990. Graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University (Northern Cyprus) with a degree in Banking and Finance, Business School of University of Essex (Great Britain) with a s degree in Banking and Finance.
Has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic and financial planning, investment project management, risk management and corporate governance. Since 2016, he held management positions at KazMunayGaz Onimderi, KPI Inc., and KLPE companies.
Since March 2023 - Chief Executive Office of Silleno LLP.
Since August 2025 - serves as Director of Department of the Oil and Gas Assets of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
July 2026 - elected as a member of the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC as a representative of the sole shareholder (Samruk-Kazyna JSC).
August 2026 - appointed as Chairman of the Board of Director and the representative of Samruk-Kazyna JSC in NC QazaqGaz NC JSC. He is also a vice president of Kazakhstan Federation of Triathlon.
