Born in 1989. In 2010, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Planning (KIMEP) with a degree in Economics. In 2010-2011, having been awarded Bolashak, an international scholarship from the Republic of Kazakhstan, he continued his studies in the UK at City University London, where he received a Master of Science degree in Business Economics (MSc). Since 2024, he has been a candidate for an MBA degree at Warwick Business School.
He began his career at “KMG Kashagan B.V.” Private Limited Liability Company as a Business Economist. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Treasury and Planning Department at “KazMunayGas” JSC. In 2020, he was appointed Director of the Department of Economics and Planning at “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. In 2021–2022, he headed the Treasury Department, and since 2023, he has been the co-Managing Director for economics and finance at “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC.
