Born 1978.
2000 – Graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University with a major in Automation and Control in Technical Systems, and mastered another major, Mineral Processing, at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University n.a. D. Serikbayev.
Arman started his journey at the Zyryanovsk Mining and Concentrating Complex (ZMCC), Kazzinc Ltd., as an electro-mechanical technician responsible for automation equipment and process monitoring instruments in the Automated Control System section.
In different times, he held the positions of Central Automation Laboratory Manager, ZMCC, Head of APC Team at the Gold Recovery Plant (GRP) of Vasilkovsky MCC JSC, Head of the Production and Engineering Department at GRP; GRP Director, and Executive Director, Operations at Altyntau Kokshetau JSC.
2022- 2024 – Chairperson of the Board, Zhairem MCC JSC
since 2024 – General Director, Altyntau Kokshetau JSC.
Awarded with a badge of Enbek Danky, Grade III, and the Kurmet order.
