For three years, a social project founded by local resident Evgeniy Kurlykin has been bringing together children, parents, and audiences. Today, dozens of young performers – including children with special needs – share the same stage.
In the run-up to the New Year, the participants organized their latest festival, which was held with the support of Kazzinc.
