A new platform has been established to promote open and constructive engagement between the state, employers, and employees, including their representatives – the trade unions. Its key objective is to build partnerships across all parties involved in labor relations and to address emerging issues collectively through the discussion of initiatives, proposals, and projects.
The center represents the first instance of such a collaborative format in Kazakhstan. It was opened under a memorandum of understanding signed between Kazzinc and the "Paryz" Confederation of Employers.
