The support provided to Umit Orphanage by the largest producing company in Eastern Kazakhstan is not limited to sponsorship only. Kazzinc top managers meet with children on an ongoing basis and discuss topical matters. School children often ask adults how one can find one's mission in life, build a successful career, set the right priorities. The above questions along with many other questions were answered by Andrey Lazarev, Kazzinc Executive Director (Administrative) based on the examples from his personal life experience. During his meeting with the teenagers, he talked about his years in the University and about his early career. The manager recommended future alumni to be very thorough when selecting their life careers.
Further on as the event progressed the senior students were suggested taking a test for future occupation. The test results will help teenagers to identify their strengths prior to selecting whether to proceed with higher education or go to a vocational school/college. Test results will also enable the orphanage alumni to enter Kazzinc educational programs and start their career with the largest mining and metallurgical company of the region.
