Approximately 500 college students have their internships at Kazzinc sites annually, in particular, those under the dual education system.
Once created, the Alliance will enable reinforcement and expansion of the partnership between the Company and educational institutions of the Region, providing more efficient professional training. The plan is not only to develop educational programs, provide internships and on-the-job trainings for students, but also to provide advanced training and upskilling to college teachers at Kazzinc.
