Our hero - Ayan Samigullinov - started his journey as a worker and grew into a line supervisor. He is a Shift Supervisor in Roasting Section, Zinc Plant, Ust-Kamenogorsk Metallurgical Site. Ayan creates such an environment where safety is not just a rule, but an integral part of the day-to-day operations, and his reports work as a solid team.
