KAZAKH MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION COMMENDS KAZZINC FOR ITS EFFORTS IN IMPROVING OCCUPATIONAL LABOUR SAFETY

Kazzinc was awarded a certificate of merit for the protection of labour rights and ensuring safe labour conditions by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

Kazzinc is the only company in the Eastern Kazakhstan region to be awarded for its efforts in ensuring occupational safety.

The Company resolves safety issues through applying advanced approaches and modern technologies both in production processes and in occupational safety.

In September 2009 Kazzinc launched its ‘Personnel Safety’ program aimed at identifying and eliminating occupational risks.
